Hold onto your hats here comes Christmas. I believe if you haven't made your cake or pudding it is too late...time is not on your side. These things need to mature, steeped in alcohol. Who would have thought that something that takes so long to make would be such an acquired taste? My taste buds shout 'no thank you' every time I try to eat Christmas pudding, but that doesn't stop my greedy arm from trying to get it into my mouth!
